Centered around one Solomon Pearbrook (aka Samy Birnbach from Minimal Compact, aka DJ Morpheus), The Gruesome Twosome also included Bertrand Burgalat and Per Martinsen.

"Hallucination Generation", their memorable 1989 debut single, was a club favourite (and even made the US club charts at the time). It was recorded by Pearbrook and Martinsen (of Illumination and Mental Overdrive fame)
