At first glance, the Crammed catalogue may seem a bit daunting: "But where on earth do I begin?", I hear you sigh from beneath a pile of discs that takes in some of the finest rock, world music, pop and electronica and all points between and around. Well, that’s where I come in with a new series of Crammed compilations! Each volume is bound together by a theme, but also offers a unique and adventurous cross-section of the label’s oeuvre. Our first two volumes will be arriving this fall: "Crammed Walks with the Animals" a voyage into the subject of fauna, and "Crammed Goes to the Movies", a cinematic overview of songs included in or inspired by films.
